- 1 to 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Salt and pepper, black pepper
- 1 Toasted sesame seeds, finely chopped green onion
- 1 Olive oil, chili pepper

- Mince the garlic. Remove the seeds and finely chop the red pepper. Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan (or pot), and saute the garlic and chili pepper until fragrant.
